- Achieve DEVS-Based Accurate “As Is” Operational Software Simulation by satisfying the requirements of the DEVS Simulation Protocol (DSP)
- Integrate into RTSync’s Digital Engineering Ecosystem
- Satisfy requirement that the computer model hosting the As Is software accurately represents the fielded hardware host
